  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on selected orders within India only

Payment Security

  • All payments on Jignsid.com are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

  • We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment details.

  • Jignsid.com does not store your card details on our servers.

Order Confirmation

  • Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email & SMS with your order details.

  • In case of failed payment but deducted amount, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for selected pin codes within India.

  • A nominal COD handling fee may apply.

  • The order will be shipped only after confirming availability at your delivery location.

Refunds & Failed Transactions

  • If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact our support team at Jinsid.com with your transaction details.

  • Refunds for failed/duplicate transactions are processed within 7–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Currency

  • All transactions on Jignsid.com are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • If you are shopping from outside India, currency conversion and bank charges may apply as per your payment provider.

  • Jignsid.com reserves the right to verify payment details before shipping any order.

  • Any fraudulent transaction will lead to immediate cancellation of the order and may involve legal action.

  • In case of disputes, the decision of Jignsid.com will be final.
