We accept returns within 2 days of the delivery date, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

• You have the proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: Items that are marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

If you need a different size, color, or item, we offer free exchanges (if stock is available).

6. Exchanges & Replacement Delivery Time

• “Exchanges or replacements are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product.”

• “Replacement orders will be dispatched within 3–5 working days of receiving your returned item.”

• “Once your return is approved, your exchange/replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.”

• “We ensure all approved exchanges or replacements are delivered within 7-10 working days after processing.”

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at jignsid@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the damaged/defective item

• A description of the issue

• Your order number

We’ll prioritize your issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund as needed.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
